Flicking the Switch
We were very fortunate early on to ‘flick the switch’ and put the right tools in place to transfer our business online and keep companies’ lead engines going.
Neither our, or your, KPIs should disappear and moving forward this time at home can be used positively. We are encouraging new prospects to turn the situation in to a positive time for planning and as a result we are already seeing an uplift in our online Webinar registrations.
However, given the restrictions placed upon us we have to redefine many things including how to refocus our efforts considering the changing work environments, how to change our messaging in light of the evolving issues and how to drive business during these uncertain times.
